THE STARTING OF THE STREET CARNIVAL:
LA ELECCIÓN DE LA REINA DEL CARNAVAL DE TENERIFE (The Queen Gala Election) represents the starting of the street carnival. This year is going to happen on the 7th February 2018 . Be ready to buy the tickets for the gala online NOW because they sold out quickly. You can do it here:
If you are one of our lucky students participating in the Tenerife Carnival Erasmus Training, you will get a exclusive access to the backstage the Gala Queen Election Day. The first STREET PARADE will start on Friday the 9th February in the evening along the streets of Santa Cruz de Tenerife. This is a perfect moment to see all the dancing and singing groups together with the Queens (we have three Queens: a child , an adult and a senior queen).

TRAVELLING & BOOKING TO BE HERE:
February is a busy month in Tenerife so try to book your flight and accommodation in advance. Santa Cruz de Tenerife is the city in the island where Carnival starts and that’s the place to be. If you dont find accommodation there dont worry: public transport in the island run 24 hours a day during street carnival so you can book around Tenerife and use it. At Tenerife Job Training we celebrate 2017 The year of the Sustainable Tourism
Study Visit with a group of 9 teachers from Hungary.
Békéscsaba Center of Vocational Training, Trefort Ágoston, Vocational School visited us from the 5th the the 13th November. We organised for them an interesting agenda to show them around Tenerife what we do related to renewable energies and sustainability.
